At Prosegur Alarms, we carry out regular checks to make sure your alarm is working properly at all times. They help us determine if our Alarm Monitoring Centre is correctly receiving the signals sent by your alarm, so that we can immediately handle any incidents that may occur.
At times, these signals do not reach our Alarm Monitoring Centre. In this case, we notify you at once.

We immediately send a text message notifying you of the incident
It is important to contact us immediately after you receive this message, because we need to determine what the issue is with your equipment. Our Remote Technical Service can often resolve the issue, but sometimes a technician has to inspect the installation in person.
