For peace of mind that all calls from the Movistar Prosegur Alarmas CRA are genuine, we'll always call you from the same number: 911 753 650 We recommend saving this number in your mobile phone so you know it is us who is calling and that it is very important to respond to the call. Please also give this number to your chosen contacts in the event of an alarm, as we will call these people if the alarm is triggered and we cannot reach you. |
Your password is our way of confirming your identity, so we know we are definitely speaking with you and not an intruder. The countersign is your way of confirming that you are definitely speaking with Movistar Prosegur Alarmas.

Memorise your password, as we'll ask you for it each time we contact you.
Your contacts are the people we will call if the alarm is triggered. We'll start by calling your primary contact and, if we cannot reach them, we'll call your other contacts in the order chosen by you.
