What happens when your alarm is triggered?


When the alarm is triggered at your home or business, a signal is sent immediately to our Alarm Monitoring Centre (CRA), where we check that isn't a false alarm. When necessary, we inform the Police and our Acuda service, if you're sign up to this service.

We also call you to inform you of the situation and, if we are unable to reach you, we call the contacts you provided for this purpose. This is why it's very important to keep your contacts up to date because when we call you from our Alarm Monitoring Centre it is always about your personal safety or the security of your property.
